NYSDOT – Region 9: Roadwork on US 11 southbound between Tompkins St (Binghamton) and Alice St (Binghamton) 1 southbound one lane of 2 lanes blocked for flood wall repairs to occur from 4/1 through 9/04 during the hours of 7:00AM and 5:00PM.
